Los Santos

Origin: Tarrazú, Costa Rica

Varieties: Caturra & Catuaí (Strictly Hard Bean - SHB)

Process: Washed

Notes: Cacao nibs and Tamarindo  

Elevation: 5.250 feet

Grown in small valleys under the shade of banana plantations and surrounded by sanctuary forests for mystical birds, Los Santos is an excellent quality coffee with nutty flavors.

 

> Medium to Dark roast

Tarrazú

Origin: Tarrazú, Costa Rica

Varieties: Villalobos & Catuaí (SHB)

Process: Natural

Notes: Orange and Sugar cane

Elevation: 6.400 feet

From the richest volcanic soils in Costa Rica's highlands. Tarrazú's Villalobos and Catuaí varieties reveal a fine acidity with intense sweet and citrous flavors.

 

> Light to Medium roast

Naranjo

Origin: Western Valley, Costa Rica

Varieties: Villa Sarchi (SHB)

Process: Honey

Notes: Plum, Sugar cane and Chocolate

Elevation: 4.920 feet

From the Pacific slope range of the Western Valley, this region consistently hosts the winning farms of the Cup of Excellence (Costa Rica's best coffee cup). Naranjo reveals sweet notes of chocolate, sugar cane with an intense fruit aroma.

We offer whole bean or ground coffee options. Los Santos is available in 350 g (12.3 oz) and 500 g (17.6 oz) presentations and Peaberry, Tarrazú and Naranjo are available in 250 g (8.8 oz) presentation.
